Mr. Lakhotiya has over thirty years of experience in the electrical and power sectors. His previous roles include significant leadership positions at CG Power & Industrial Systems Ltd. and Schneider Electric Pte Ltd. (Singapore). His experience covers P&L management, multi-plant operations, sales and business development, green energy, digitalization, and project management.
During his tenure at CG Power, Mr. Lakhotiya managed the transformer, switchgear, and EPC business across Asia. He also oversaw several regional Asian plants and the exports business. Prior to joining KSH, he served as COO Waste to Energy at SAEL Industries Ltd. Mr. Lakhotiya holds a Master of Technology in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bombay and a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Government College of Engineering, Amravati.
