Shri Sisodia brings over 35 years of experience in various core engineering sectors. Before joining NLC India, he served as the Executive Director at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL). His career at BHEL began in 1990 as an Engineer Trainee. He has extensive experience in manufacturing, construction, project management, and business divisions within the power and industry sectors.
His expertise includes design and engineering, site construction, and project management of large EPC projects. He has also been involved in marketing and contract management functions, with a focus on emerging new and renewable energy and coal gasification divisions. Additionally, he has worked on international projects involving the erection and commissioning of large gas turbines.
During his tenure at BHEL, Shri Sisodia played a key role in introducing advanced technology in gas turbines, supercritical boilers, and turbine sets. He also contributed to the development of power plant equipment aimed at reducing environmental impact, including air-cooled condensers with supercritical sets and flue gas desulfurization systems.
In his new role at NLC India, Shri Sisodia is expected to leverage his extensive experience to manage and develop new projects, focusing on long-term strategic planning and resource management.
