The financial terms of the acquisition involve a total cash consideration of Rs. 50.68 crore. Blue Heavens Health Care Pvt Ltd has acquired 100% shareholding in Durha Vitrak Pvt Ltd, thereby gaining full control over Febris Multi-speciality Hospital. The acquisition does not fall under related party transactions, and there is no interest from the promoter or promoter group in the entity being acquired.
Febris Multi-speciality Hospital is a 200-bed facility constructed over a 1,10,000 sq ft area. It provides comprehensive healthcare services, including preventive, diagnostic, medical, surgical, and emergency care. The hospital offers both inpatient and outpatient services across multiple clinical specialties. The facility is strategically located to serve densely populated areas, particularly low-income families in Narela, and is accessible from rural districts of Haryana and Uttar Pradesh.
