CIAN Agro Industries & Infrastructure Ltd (CAIIL) has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Andhra Pradesh Medtech Zone Limited (AMTZ) for the supply and export of medical equipment. The MoU was disclosed on 17th November 2025, pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
Under the terms of the MoU, AMTZ has authorized CAIIL to represent it in the supply and export of medical equipment, consumables, and services both within India and internationally. CAIIL will engage in quoting, negotiating, supplying, installing, providing application training, after-sales support, and collecting payments for projects with government and private organizations, subject to mutual consent.
AMTZ is India’s first integrated medical devices manufacturing zone, hosting over 165 manufacturing facilities. These facilities offer comprehensive solutions for medical device production, positioning AMTZ as a significant player in the medical equipment sector.
