With this, Zydus MedTech France now holds 100% of the share capital and voting rights in Amplitude Surgical SA, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. This marks the completion of the transaction initially announced on July 29, 2025, when Zydus MedTech France had acquired 85.6% of the share capital and voting rights in the company through a block acquisition.
The acquisition has now been fully consummated as of October 24, 2025. Zydus Lifesciences stated that the intimation was delayed due to festive holidays associated with Diwali.
