The FTWZ facility is designed to support multi-country sourcing and optimize Caterpillar’s manufacturing operations. It includes approximately 4,000 pallet positions, enabling the company to improve lead times and reduce landed costs. The warehouse is expected to facilitate swift responses to global demand and supply needs.
TVS SCS also manages Caterpillar’s external warehouse operations in Hosur, India, and provides in-plant warehousing services. This includes deploying dedicated personnel to support Caterpillar’s manufacturing processes.
