Intermediate and Light Commercial Vehicle (ILMCV) trucks saw sales of 7,577 units, up from 5,652 units, representing a 34.1% growth. Passenger carriers recorded sales of 5,548 units, compared to 4,355 units in February 2025, a 27.4% increase. The Small Commercial Vehicle (SCV) cargo and pickup segment reported sales of 14,209 units, up from 10,898 units, marking a 30.4% growth.
The company’s name was changed from TML Commercial Vehicles Limited to Tata Motors Limited, effective from October 29, 2025, as per the Composite Scheme of Arrangement sanctioned by the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench. The equity shares of Tata Motors Limited have been listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited since November 12, 2025.
