Stallion India Promoter Infuses ₹45.74 Crores for R-32 Project

On November 3, 2025, Stallion India Fluorochemicals Ltd (SIFL) disclosed that its promoter has sold 16,20,987 shares, generating ₹45.74 crores. The entire amount will be infused into the company on an interest-free basis. This capital will be directed towards the development of the company’s R-32 manufacturing facility located in Bhilwara, Rajasthan.

The funds are intended to facilitate the timely commencement of groundwork and construction activities for the R-32 project. The promoter’s decision to infuse funds without equity dilution reflects a commitment to maintaining the company’s existing capital structure. This action underscores the promoter’s confidence in the company’s strategic direction.

Mr. Shazad Rustomji, Managing Director & CEO of SIFL, confirmed the promoter’s decision to sell shares and infuse the proceeds into the company. The objective is to ensure that work on the R-32 project begins without delay.
