The EBITDA margin for H1 FY26 improved to 10.3%, up from 9.9% in the previous year. Profit Before Tax (PBT) before exceptional items for H1 FY26 was ₹1,220 million, a 39% increase year-on-year. The PAT before exceptional items for the same period rose by 37% to ₹895 million.
Skipper Ltd’s order book reached ₹88,204 million as of September 2025, with 89% of orders from the domestic market and 11% from exports. The company secured ₹12,430 million in new orders during Q2 FY26, including significant contracts from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL) for 765 kV transmission line projects in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. The year-to-date new order inflows for H1 FY26 totaled ₹32,205 million, a 33% increase from the previous year.
The company has expanded its operational capacity with a new 75,000 MTPA facility now fully operational. An additional 75,000 MTPA capacity expansion is underway, with plans to reach a total capacity of 600,000 MTPA by the end of FY28. Skipper Ltd has also inaugurated a second test bed facility and completed its first testing.
