Since its commissioning, the Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station has demonstrated consistent operational reliability. It achieved its highest-ever annual generation of 7,610 million units in the fiscal year 2011-12. Additionally, the station recorded a monthly generation peak of 1,222 million units in July 2024 and a daily generation high of 39 million units on August 13, 2024. These figures reflect the station’s ability to effectively utilize favorable hydrological conditions.
