This facility is located in the NCR region and represents an investment of approximately INR 50 Crore. The facility covers an area of 2.1 lakh sq. ft. and is equipped with advanced automated sortation technology.
The OneNCR facility is capable of processing 48,000 shipments per hour, which ranks among the highest in the Indian logistics industry. At peak capacity, the facility can handle up to 1 million shipments per day. It serves as the primary engine for Shadowfax Prime, the company’s dedicated same-day and next-day delivery vertical.
The facility operates on a high-efficiency single-touch logistics model. This model enables 80% of shipments to be directly manifested for last-mile delivery at the origin, significantly reducing handling errors and transit times. The facility also supports up to 80 direct linehaul routes, bypassing intermediate hubs, and can perform over 3,000 unique origin-level sorts.
Additional semi-automated lines at the facility can handle up to 20,000 shipments per hour, while specialized bag/box sortation can process up to 6,000 shipments per hour. The facility’s strategic location and high throughput capacity position Shadowfax to meet the increasing demand for speed and reliability in India’s logistics sector.
