Seamec Ltd Awards $3.25M Contract to Adsun Offshore for ONGC Projects

On December 18, 2025, Seamec Ltd announced the award of a contract to M/s. Adsun Offshore Diving Contractors Pvt Ltd. The contract was awarded to a domestic entity, and there are no interests from the promoter or promoter group of Seamec Ltd in the entity awarded the contract. Additionally, the transaction does not fall under related party transactions.
