Prostarm Info Systems Secures INR 4.29 Crore WBMSC Contract

Prostarm Info Systems Limited has been awarded a contract by the West Bengal Medical Services Corporation (WBMSC) as the L-1 bidder. The contract, valued at INR 4.29 Crores, involves the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 10 KVA UPS systems, including batteries, at 137 Block Primary Health Units across West Bengal. The project is scheduled for completion within 180 days.

The contract was awarded under the XV Finance Commission for the fiscal years 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 (2nd Call). The UPS systems will have a three-phase input and output, and the contract includes a three-year warranty on both the UPS and the batteries. This order has been received in the normal course of business and does not constitute a related party transaction. Furthermore, the promoter group of Prostarm Info Systems has no interest in WBMSC.
