Medplus Promoter Lone Furrow Investment pledges 2O lakh shares

Lone Furrow Investment Pvt limited, promoter of Medplus Health Services Limited, announced that they have pledged 20 lakh shares for retiring the existing Non-Convertible Debenture. This increases the pledged shares to 14.5% of the total holding of Lone Furrow Investments. Promoters of Medplus Health Services Limited are Lone Furrow Investment Private Limited (14.46%), Agilemed Investments Private Limited (13.09%) & Madhukar Reddy Gangadi (12.84%) contributing to 40.39% promoter holding. With the latest pledge, the total promoter pledge stands at 59.34%.
