This system is initially launched at Antara’s Bannerghatta Care Home in Bengaluru and will be expanded across its network in Gurugram, Noida, and Chennai. The collaboration leverages Cloudphysician’s RADAR platform to integrate live data and support clinical workflows. This initiative aligns with the growing demand for specialized senior care in India.

Max India Ltd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Antara Assisted Care Services, has launched an AI-enabled patient management system in collaboration with Cloudphysician. This initiative is part of Antara’s efforts to enhance transition care outcomes for seniors recovering from hospitalization. The system has been introduced at Antara’s Bannerghatta Care Home in Bengaluru, marking the first phase of a broader rollout across its facilities in Gurugram, Noida, and Chennai.

The AI-enabled system is powered by Cloudphysician’s RADAR platform, which integrates live data from monitors, bedside observations, and clinical workflows into a unified interface. This technology provides continuous oversight and early identification of complications, supporting seniors recovering from surgeries or acute illnesses. The platform facilitates seamless communication between on-ground care teams and Cloudphysician’s virtual team of critical care specialists, ensuring expert attention for every patient.

The implementation of this system is part of a phased rollout strategy. Initially launched at the Bannerghatta Care Home, the system will be gradually expanded to other Antara facilities. This phased approach allows for the integration of AI-driven care management across Antara’s network, enhancing the consistency and reliability of senior care services.

The collaboration involves Antara Assisted Care Services and Cloudphysician. Antara focuses on providing holistic senior care, while Cloudphysician specializes in AI health-tech solutions. The partnership leverages Cloudphysician’s expertise in AI-driven patient management to enhance Antara’s transition care model.

India’s senior population is projected to reach approximately 350 million by 2050, highlighting the need for enhanced senior care infrastructure. The demand for specialized transition care is particularly acute, as seniors recovering from medical events require intensive monitoring and rehabilitation support. The AI-enabled system introduced by Antara and Cloudphysician aims to address this gap by providing timely, expert supervision during critical recovery periods.

Cloudphysician was founded by Dr. Dhruv Joshi and Dr. Dileep Raman, focusing on merging clinical expertise with AI technology to enhance patient care. Their RADAR platform integrates real-time data to optimize care delivery, impacting over 170,000 critically ill patients across India. The partnership with Antara extends this model to senior care, emphasizing proactive, protocolized care.

Max India Ltd is part of the $7-billion Max Group and focuses on senior care through its subsidiary, Antara. Antara operates in two main lines of business: Residences for Seniors and Assisted Care Services. It provides long-term and short-term care solutions, catering to seniors’ medical and age-related needs across multiple locations in India.
