The transaction includes the staggered acquisition of a 100% equity stake in Yerawada Properties Private Limited. This acquisition is part of the development plan for the new hospital. The facility will enhance Max Healthcare’s presence in Maharashtra, complementing its existing network of hospitals in the region.
Max Healthcare operates 20 healthcare facilities with approximately 5,200 beds, primarily in North India. The network includes hospitals and medical centers owned and operated by the company, as well as partner and managed healthcare facilities. These facilities offer tertiary and quaternary care services.
