Max Estates Launches INR 3000 Cr Estate 105 in Noida

Max Estates Limited has announced the launch of Estate 105, a new residential community located in Sector 105, Noida. The project is part of a larger development covering approximately 10.33 acres. Estate 105 is designed as a movement-first residential community, emphasizing sustainable living and well-being. The first phase of the development is estimated to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around INR 3000 crore.

The financial structure of Estate 105 includes a significant investment in creating a low-density residential area. The project comprises 270 homes distributed across two residential towers.
