The project will feature 2 and 3 BHK premium residences, designed to cater to modern urban lifestyles. The residential township will include over 3.5 lakh sq. ft. of open amenities and clubhouse spaces, making it one of the largest in Mumbai. The development also includes over 7 acres of open green spaces. Amenities will encompass a clubhouse, fitness zones, jogging tracks, yoga and meditation areas, a library, children’s play zones, and community spaces. Retail conveniences are integrated within the development to support everyday needs.

The ‘Mahindra Rainforest’ project is strategically located with strong connectivity to major infrastructure. It is situated near the Eastern Express Highway, the Jogeshwari–Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR), and upcoming infrastructure such as the Goregaon–Mulund Link Road (GMLR) and an east–west connecting flyover in Bhandup. The project is also adjacent to Metro Line 4, with proximity to the interchange with Metro Line 6, providing seamless connectivity to the suburban rail network. The location offers convenient access to key business districts like BKC and Powai, supported by established social infrastructure, including schools, hospitals, malls, and entertainment hubs.
