KS Smart Technologies Subsidiary Secures ₹34 Crore Government Project

KS Smart Technologies Ltd has informed BSE Limited that its wholly owned subsidiary, KS Smart Solutions Private Limited, has received a project order valued at approximately ₹34 crore. The order was awarded by Haryana State Electronics Development Corporation Limited, a state government undertaking. The project involves the deployment of 29,236 smartphones embedded with Poshan Tracking Software. This initiative is part of the World Bank-aided ICDS Project-III, under the Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department of the Government of Tamil Nadu.

The project is domestic in nature and does not involve any international entities. The agreement specifies that the deployment of the smartphones is to be completed immediately, with a final deadline set for May 21, 2026. The total value of the assignment is inclusive of all taxes and duties.

There are no interests from the promoter or promoter group in the entity awarding the agreement. Additionally, the order does not fall within the category of related-party transactions. The disclosure of this project has been made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
