The credit of shares to JSWPLPL’s demat account was confirmed on February 4, 2026, at approximately 11:30 a.m. As a result, JSW Rail, JSW Minerals, and JSW South have become step-down wholly owned subsidiaries of JSW Infrastructure.
This transaction was conducted in accordance with Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
