The product is characterized by its ultra-high density of 1100 kg/m³, which contributes to its boiling-water-proof performance and dimensional stability. It is available in two thicknesses: 12mm and 18mm.
DuroBOIL™ is designed to offer versatility across various interior and specialized applications. It is backed by a 25-year warranty, ensuring long-term structural integrity. The product is manufactured using a German Dieffenbacher CPS+ continuous press, which involves precision-controlled fibre refining, advanced resin chemistry, and calibrated sanding. These processes ensure superior consistency, smoothness, and durability.
Additional features of DuroBOIL™ include low emission levels, promoting healthier indoor air quality, and a smooth, finish-ready surface suitable for laminates, veneers, PU, and digital printing. The product also possesses borer- and termite-proof properties and maintains stability in steam, heat, and fluctuating humidity conditions. It offers excellent machinability for CNC routing and carving.
