It will also include a seven-level amenity space with a five-level clubhouse. The Alibaug project will cater to buyers seeking resort-style residences, focusing on open spaces and wellness.

The timeline for these projects indicates that launches are planned to begin in the fourth quarter of FY2026. Embassy Citadel has already received RERA approval, while the Juhu and Alibaug projects are pending approvals. The company aims to achieve pre-sales of approximately INR 5,000 crore in FY26, supported by a robust demand and a calibrated pipeline of planned launches.
