Dev Information Technology Secures INR 29 Lakh Order from GIFT City

Dev Information Technology Ltd has announced the receipt of an order from Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT), an undertaking of the Gujarat Government. The order, valued at approximately INR 29 Lakhs, is for the procurement of AutoCAD licenses with a three-year subscription in the DTA area of GIFT City. This order was communicated pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The order from GIFT City is a domestic fixed-cost contract. The scope includes an integrated BIM platform that supports architectural design, structural engineering, MEP, and construction workflows. It also involves 2D drafting and 3D modeling, incorporating AI-based features such as Smart Blocks, Markup Import, and automation. The drafting tool is designed to be cost-effective for zoning drawings, layouts, and regulatory documents.

The execution period for this order is approximately three years. There is no interest from the promoter or promoter group in the entity awarding the order, and the transaction does not fall within related party transactions.
