The segment’s EBITDA in constant currency was $735 million, a 31% increase, resulting in an EBITDA margin of 48.8%. The total customer base in Africa grew by 11.0% to 173.8 million. The Airtel Money business reported 49.8 million active customers, a 20.0% year-over-year increase. The total transaction value on the Airtel Money platform grew by 35.9% to $45 billion for the quarter.

The Airtel Business segment reported quarterly revenues of Rs 52,760 million and an EBITDA of Rs 21,943 million. The EBITDA margin for this segment was 41.6%. The Passive Infrastructure Services segment recorded revenues of Rs 81,883 million for the quarter. Its EBITDA was Rs 46,952 million, with an EBITDA margin of 57.3%. The total number of network towers in India stood at 342,339 as of September 30, 2025.

During the period, the company announced a partnership with Perplexity to offer subscriptions to its customers. Its digital arm, Xtelify, launched a sovereign cloud platform. In Africa, the company announced a strategic infrastructure sharing agreement with Vodacom Group in Tanzania and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The company also continued its share buyback program, returning $34.7 million to shareholders during the second tranche as of September 30, 2025.
