The order is valued at approximately Rs. 25 Crores and is set to be executed over multiple years. This development was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

The order from HAL is a domestic contract and does not involve any related party transactions. The terms of the order specify the supply of Single Board Computers over an extended period, indicating a long-term engagement between the parties. There is no interest from the promoter or promoter group of Axiscades in HAL, ensuring the transaction is conducted at arm’s length.
