The company’s portfolio in the region includes both operational and under fit-out centres, with a total seat capacity exceeding 70,000. The centres are distributed across Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Kochi, covering more than 3.1 million square feet of chargeable workspace area.

The company serves over 3,400 clients across India. Among these, 64% are multinational corporations, 25% are small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized corporates, and the remainder are start-ups and entrepreneurs. Awfis’ centres are strategically located in prime commercial hubs, IT parks, and business districts. Bengaluru is the largest market, followed by Hyderabad and Chennai.

The company works with over 80 unique GCC clients, who collectively contribute 21% of the rental revenue. Nationally, Awfis operates in over 250 centres across 18 cities, offering more than 175,000 seats.
