Arvind SmartSpaces Acquires Bengaluru Project with Rs. 860 Crore Potential

Arvind SmartSpaces Limited has announced the acquisition of a new residential high-rise project located on Sarjapur Road in Bengaluru. The project has an estimated saleable area of approximately 6.8 lakh sq. ft. and a top-line potential of around Rs. 860 crore. This acquisition was completed on an outright basis and represents the company’s tenth high-rise project in Bengaluru.

The project is situated in Sarjapur, a rapidly developing area in the southeastern part of Bengaluru. The location is noted for its connectivity to major IT hubs, healthcare facilities, educational institutes, and recreational avenues. The site is in proximity to the IT hub ORR, the new WIPRO campus, and a proposed metro station.

This acquisition follows the company’s previous acquisition of a high-rise project in Whitefield, signed in Q3FY26. Arvind SmartSpaces entered the Bengaluru market in 2013 and has since added 14 projects in the region, with six projects delivered and eight in various stages of development.

With the addition of this project, Arvind SmartSpaces’ cumulative new business development top-line potential for the year stands at approximately Rs. 2,560 crore. The company continues to expand its presence in premium residential real estate markets across Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, and MMR.
