With this addition, Arvind SmartSpaces now has 11 high-rise projects in Bengaluru. The company entered the Bengaluru market in 2013 and has since added 15 projects in the region. Of these, six projects have been delivered, while nine are in various stages of development. The company has reported a cumulative new business development top-line potential of approximately Rs. 2,840 crore for the year, with the three new Bengaluru additions totaling Rs. 1,740 crore.
