Adani Airports Holdings Limited holds a 74 percent stake, while the remaining 26 percent is held by the City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Limited.
The airport will manage approximately 120 air traffic movements daily in its initial phase. The facility is designed to handle 90 million passengers per annum upon completion. It will feature two parallel runways, state-of-the-art terminal buildings, and advanced cargo facilities.
