The agreements cover a total capacity of 450 MW/1,800 MWh and were signed on March 2, 2026, for a duration of 25 years.
The tender, identified as Tranche-FDRE-4, was issued under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) guidelines. An e-reverse auction was conducted on October 9, 2025, followed by the receipt of the Letter of Award (LOA) on November 10, 2025. The projects will connect to ISTS substations and utilize night-time connectivity available in high irradiation zones in Rajasthan.
Under the terms of the PPAs, ACME Solar will provide four hours of assured peak power supply during non-solar hours, maintaining 90% availability on a monthly and annual basis. This agreement contributes to ACME Solar’s total PPA signed capacity of 6,270 MW for the current financial year.
Following this agreement, ACME Solar has signed a total of 1,690 MW of PPAs in the current financial year. The company continues to expand its portfolio, which includes solar, wind, storage, FDRE, and hybrid solutions.
