A B Infrabuild Ltd Secures Rs. 63 Crore Order from NHAI

A B Infrabuild Ltd has announced the receipt of a letter of acceptance for a new project from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI). The project entails the construction of three vehicular underpasses (VUPs) at Km. 430+380, along with approaches and service roads near College Square and DRDA Square in the Puintola to Icchapuram section of NH-16, located in the state of Odisha. The project will be executed on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode.

The contract awarded to A B Infrabuild Ltd is valued at approximately Rs. 62,94,04,813. The project is expected to be completed within a period of 18 months from the commencement date. The terms and conditions of the contract are in accordance with the nature of the contract and the performance security clause outlined in the tender documents.

The company has confirmed that there is no interest from the promoter or promoter group in the entity awarding the contract. Additionally, the transaction does not fall within the category of related party transactions, and it is conducted at arm’s length.
