3i Infotech Secures ₹2.21 Crore Order for AWS Cloud Services

3i Infotech Ltd has informed BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited that its wholly owned subsidiary, 3i Infotech Inc., USA, received a purchase order on March 12, 2026. The order is valued at approximately ₹2.21 crores and is exclusive of applicable taxes. The order was placed by a new international customer engaged in providing AI-enabled solutions and services to researchers, publishers, academic institutions, and government research bodies worldwide.

The engagement involves the provision of AWS Cloud Billing Services under a Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) model. This service will enable the client to manage and optimize its cloud consumption and billing operations efficiently. 3i Infotech will support the client’s cloud operations by delivering cloud billing management services aligned with enterprise cloud consumption requirements.

The company has made this disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The transaction does not fall within related party transactions, and there is no interest from the promoter or promoter group in the entity awarding the order. The order is below the materiality threshold limits set by the aforementioned regulation, and the disclosure is made on a voluntary basis.
