SoftTech Engineers Implements Digital Governance in J&K

It automatically scrutinizes AutoCAD drawings and verifies compliance with building bye-laws and GIS-mapped Master Plans, eliminating manual intervention and accelerating building approvals.

The Commissioner Secretary of the Housing & Urban Development Department, Mandeep Kaur, described the Building Permission Portal as a first-of-its-kind initiative in the country. This platform aims to streamline urban development processes by integrating automation, GIS intelligence, and compliance into a single platform.
