Power Mech Projects Secures ₹710 Crore Order from Adani Group

Power Mech Projects Ltd has announced the receipt of a large-scale order from Adani Infrastructure Management Services Limited, a part of the Adani Group. The order is valued at approximately ₹710 Crores, inclusive of all taxes and duties except Goods & Services Tax. The contract involves providing operations and maintenance services, including overhauling, at a 5x660MW thermal power plant located in Tiroda, Maharashtra.

The scope of work under this contract includes a KPI-based framework for operations and maintenance services. The detailed scope of services will adhere to the tender documents, subsequent clarifications, and various correspondences exchanged. In case of any ambiguity, the latest document will prevail. The contract is to be executed within a period of 60 months, commencing from April 1, 2026, and concluding on March 31, 2031.

This order has been awarded by a domestic entity, and there are no interests from the promoter or promoter group in the entity awarding the contract. Additionally, the transaction does not fall within related party transactions.
