The scope of work under this contract includes the construction of roads with cross drainage structures, bridges, and avenue plantation. It also encompasses the development of a water distribution network, including a firefighting system and service reservoir. The project further involves setting up an industrial effluent collection network, domestic sewage collection network, and a recycled water distribution network. Additionally, a stormwater drainage network and a power distribution network, including sub-stations and transformers, are part of the deliverables. The project also includes the installation of information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure components and a water treatment plant with a clear water reservoir.
The project timeline specifies that the construction phase is to be completed within 930 days from the appointed date. The operation and maintenance period is set for 4 years following the issuance of the completion certificate, with a possibility of extension for another 6 years upon mutual agreement between MITL and Ramky Infrastructure.
