Magellanic Cloud Subsidiary Secures ₹4.99 Crore Surveillance Order

Magellanic Cloud Ltd has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Provigil Surveillance Limited, has secured a purchase order from the Social Welfare Educational Institute. The order is valued at ₹4,99,21,345 and involves the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of AI-based monitoring and CCTV infrastructure.

The project will be executed for the Social Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society and covers 176 locations. It includes the deployment of 5MP or higher AI-enabled CCTV cameras, the establishment of a centralized command control center, and the supply and integration of video management software, AI analytics, and storage infrastructure. Additionally, the project involves the installation of video wall monitoring systems and networking equipment, as well as the implementation of web and mobile applications for AI-based incident monitoring.

The delivery and installation of the project components are expected to be completed within three months from the date of the notification of award, as per the tender terms. The order does not fall under related party transactions, and none of the promoters or promoter group companies have any interest in the entity that awarded the order.
