Oriental Rail Infrastructure Secures Rs. 1.73 Crore Order from ICF

Oriental Rail Infrastructure Ltd has announced the receipt of an order from the Integral Coach Factory (ICF), Chennai, a unit of the Indian Railways. The order, valued at Rs. 1,73,49,540, was disclosed in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015. The order involves the manufacturing, supply, and installation of 13 sets of coach seats and berths with hardware.

The significant terms and conditions of the order specify that delivery is to be made to ICF. Payment terms include up to 80% of the supply portion upon submission of the Inspection Certificate and Provisional Physical Receipt Certificate. The remaining 20% of the supply portion, along with 100% of installation charges, will be paid after the receipt and acceptance of stores by the consignee, based on the Installation Certificate issued by the competent authority.

The order is classified as domestic, with a completion deadline set for March 29, 2026. There is no involvement of related party transactions, and the promoter or promoter group does not have any interest in the entity awarding the order.
