Gem Aromatics Reports Export Demand Revival and New Product Launch

Gem Aromatics Ltd has disclosed a revival in export demand, attributed to improving international business conditions. The company has received export orders totaling USD 1 million from customers in the USA and Europe. This development follows the easing of previously delayed export orders and an increase in customer inquiries, which have translated into confirmed business.

The company has commenced commercial production of new products, including WS05 (Cooling Agents) and Safranal (Citral Derivatives), at its Dahej facility. This production is conducted under Krystal Ingredients Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Gem Aromatics. The company is also progressing with the manufacturing of Catalyst for MEHQ, which is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2026.

Gem Aromatics’ operational focus includes the expansion of its product portfolio and enhancement of manufacturing capabilities. The new products, WS05 and Safranal, are part of the company’s strategy to diversify its offerings and cater to growing domestic and international demand. The Dahej facility, where these products are manufactured, is a newly established greenfield manufacturing site.

The company operates three manufacturing facilities across Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, and Daman & Diu, with an installed capacity of 6,946 MTPA. An additional capacity of 9,229 MTPA is under pilot run at the Dahej facility, where a major expansion is underway. Gem Aromatics holds multiple international certifications, including ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015, among others.

The timeline for the completion of the Catalyst for MEHQ manufacturing is set for Q4FY26. The company has reported that the manufacturing process is progressing in line with planned timelines. The commencement of production for WS05 and Safranal has already taken place, marking a significant step in the company’s growth strategy.
