Ganesh Benzoplast Secures Rs. 51 Crore EPC Order from Reliance

Ganesh Benzoplast Limited has announced the receipt of an order from Reliance Industries Ltd valued at Rs. 51.33 crore. The order pertains to the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of mechanical package work, including plant piping, erection of prefabricated structures, and equipment erection for a carbon fiber project located at Hazira.

The contract awarded by Reliance Industries is a domestic order. The execution of the project is scheduled to be completed within approximately 11 months from the start date. The scope of work involves significant mechanical and structural tasks as part of the carbon fiber project.

Ganesh Benzoplast has clarified that there is no involvement of promoters or promoter group interests in the entity awarding the order. Additionally, the transaction does not fall under related party transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
