Delhivery Introduces AI-Driven Autonomous TMS for Logistics Automation

On January 20, 2026, Delhivery Ltd announced the launch of its Autonomous Transport Management System (TMS) under the TransportOne platform. This new system employs AI Agents to automate various logistics processes, including rate negotiation, shipment planning, and invoice reconciliation.

The system is designed to reduce the manual workload traditionally associated with logistics management. It automates tasks such as freight procurement, planning, execution, and reconciliation, embedding compliance directly into workflows. Unlike traditional TMS platforms that require constant human input, Delhivery’s system allows logistics teams to manage by exception, intervening only when necessary.

The platform utilizes a multi-agent design to handle specific transportation functions. Procurement Agents manage spot auctions and carrier selection, while Execution Agents monitor shipments and address delays proactively. Invoice Agents validate freight bills by reconciling contracts, GPS data, and proof of delivery. This approach aims to minimize revenue leakage due to rate deviations and billing errors.

Users interact with the system through Microsoft Teams and WhatsApp, using natural language for commands and recommendations. This integration eliminates the need for complex dashboards, positioning the platform as an autonomous operator that functions quietly in the background.
