Lodha Developers Signs ₹1L Crore MoU with Maharashtra for Data Centre

This new commitment follows a previous agreement made in September 2025, where Lodha Developers agreed to invest ₹30,000 crore under the Maharashtra government’s Green Integrated Data Centre Park policy. The combined investment of ₹1.3 lakh crore will be directed towards developing a data centre park with a capacity of approximately 2.5 gigawatts.
The data centre park is projected to create over 16,000 direct and indirect jobs. It will host several major international and domestic players. Notably, Amazon has acquired a land parcel for its data centre and has secured its power requirements for the next 15 years. Additionally, Singapore-based STT Global Data Centres has also acquired land in the park.
Lodha Developers will act as the developer for various entities interested in establishing data centres within the park. The company has a longstanding history in construction and aims to facilitate the setup of these data centres.
