For the nine-month period ending December 31, 2025, Waaree Renewable Technologies recorded a revenue of Rs. 2,229 crores, a 99% increase from Rs. 1,121 crores in 9MFY25. The EBITDA for the nine months was Rs. 434 crores, representing a growth of 135% from Rs. 185 crores in the previous year. The EBITDA margin for 9MFY26 was 19.48%, compared to 16.46% in 9MFY25. The PAT for the nine months was Rs. 323 crores, up 139% from Rs. 135 crores in 9MFY25.
Operationally, Waaree Renewable Technologies has expanded its focus to include Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and data centers, alongside its core solar EPC business. The company reported a strong unexecuted order book of 2.92 GWp, with a bidding pipeline of approximately 29 GWp. Recent order wins include a 217.5 MWp and a 39.8 MWp ground-mounted solar power project, both secured in Q3FY26.
The company plans to execute its unexecuted order book over the next 12 to 15 months.
