The basic earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter was Rs.14.19, compared to Rs.12.06 in Q3FY25. For the nine months, EBITDA was Rs.4,024 crore, and the basic EPS was Rs.38.41, up from Rs.35.47 in the previous year.

During Q3FY26, Avenue Supermarts added 10 new stores, bringing the total number of stores to 442 as of December 31, 2025. The company follows an Everyday Low Cost – Everyday Low Price (EDLC-EDLP) strategy, focusing on procuring goods at competitive prices and maintaining operational efficiency. This strategy supports the company’s objective of delivering value for money to customers.

The consolidated financial results for Q3FY26 showed a total revenue of Rs.18,101 crore, compared to Rs.15,973 crore in the same quarter last year. The consolidated EBITDA was Rs.1,463 crore, with a margin of 8.1%. The consolidated PAT for the quarter was Rs.856 crore, and the basic EPS was Rs.13.15. For the nine months, consolidated revenue reached Rs.51,137 crore, and the consolidated PAT was Rs.2,313 crore.

The company reported that two years and older DMart stores grew by 5.6% in Q3FY26 compared to Q3FY25. The revenue growth was partially impacted by deflation in staples. Avenue Supermarts continues to expand its retail footprint across various Indian states, with a retail business area of 18.3 million square feet.
