This acquisition follows the company’s previous project on ITPL road in the same fiscal year. Whitefield is recognized for its proximity to major IT parks and global corporations, contributing to its status as a premier residential and commercial hub.
This development represents the ninth high-rise project by Arvind SmartSpaces in Bengaluru. The company entered the Bengaluru market in 2013 and has since added 13 projects in the region. Out of these, six projects have been completed, while seven are in various stages of development or pre-launch.
