Crompton Greaves Secures Rs. 28 Crore Solar Pump Order

Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Ltd has announced the receipt of a significant order from the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (MSEDCL). The order involves the design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of Solar Water Pumping Systems (SWPS) with photovoltaic modules. The total value of the order is Rs. 28,71,82,154, excluding GST.

The project scope includes 1214 Solar Photovoltaic Water Pumping Systems to be deployed under the MTSKPY/PM-KUSUM scheme at various locations across the state of Maharashtra. The execution timeline for the contract is set at 60 days from the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed or work order.

The order has been awarded by a domestic entity, MSEDCL, and does not involve any related party transactions. There is no interest from the promoter or promoter group in the entity awarding the contract. The terms and conditions of the order are in line with the regulatory requirements under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
