Godrej Properties clocks sales of INR 1,000 Crore in the inaugural Hyderabad project

Godrej Properties Ltd has made a strong entry in the Hyderabad city with transactions amounting to over INR 1,000 crores covering approximately 0.84 million square feet at its newly launched Godrej Madison Avenue in Kokapet. Godrej Madison Avenue benefits from a prime location along the Golden Mile Road which is known for its excellent connectivity & proximity to top-tier educational institutions, healthcare facilities, upscale retail outlets, and premium lifestyle amenities. It also offers easy access to key areas such as the Outer Ring Road, Financial District, Gachibowli, and HITEC City, further enhancing its appeal for both homebuyers and investors.
