During the quarter, NIIT Learning Systems completed the acquisition of the Germany-based MST Group, a leader in managed learning services in the DACH region. This acquisition was executed through NIIT’s wholly-owned subsidiary, NIIT (Ireland) Limited. The acquisition aims to expand NIIT’s presence in Europe’s largest economic region and enhance market penetration in the automotive and industrial sectors. The addition of MST Group brings seven marquee clients from Germany, increasing NIIT’s revenue visibility to USD 409 million.
Operationally, NIIT Learning Systems added three new global Managed Training Services clients, bringing the total client count to 104. The company maintained a 100% renewal rate, with three contract renewals during the quarter. Additionally, the company expanded its scope of work with one large client.
