During the quarter, NIIT Learning Systems completed the acquisition of the Germany-based MST Group, a leader in managed learning services in the DACH region. This acquisition was executed through NIIT’s wholly-owned subsidiary, NIIT (Ireland) Limited. The acquisition aims to expand NIIT’s presence in Europe’s largest economic region and enhance market penetration in the automotive and industrial sectors.
