Dilip Buildcon Secures INR 268 Cr EPC Project in Gujarat

Dilip Buildcon Limited, in collaboration with DBL-RBL (JV), has been declared the L-1 bidder for a significant project involving the design and construction of the Ged Barrage, along with protection work and other allied activities across the Sabarmati River. The project is located between the Hirpura barrage and Lakroda weir in Gujarat. The contract, awarded by the Narmada Water Resources Water Supply & Kalpasar Department, Government of Gujarat, is valued at INR 268 Crores and is structured on an Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) mode.

The scope of the project includes not only the construction activities but also the operation and maintenance of the completed works for a period of 10 years. The completion timeline for the construction phase is set at 24 months from the commencement date. The project cost is exclusive of Goods and Services Tax (GST).

The contract awarded is a domestic one, and there are no related party transactions involved. The company has confirmed that neither the promoters nor the promoter group companies have any interest in the entity awarding the contract.

As per the company’s code of conduct and in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the company remains closed until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2026.
