Alumina hydrate production reached 23.00 lakh tonnes, while calcined alumina production was recorded at 22.75 lakh tonnes. Additionally, NALCO achieved a cast metal production of 4.72 lakh tonnes and net power generation of 6,953 MU. Coal production also reached a peak at 40 lakh tonnes.
On the sales front, NALCO recorded its highest-ever total alumina sales at 14.46 lakh tonnes. Domestic alumina sales were reported at 1.38 lakh tonnes. The company also achieved record aluminium metal sales of 4.74 lakh tonnes, with domestic aluminium metal sales at 4.61 lakh tonnes. These figures represent significant year-on-year growth, with bauxite transportation increasing by 6.13%, calcined alumina production by 11.16%, and aluminium cast metal production by 2.61%. Total alumina sales grew by 30.74%, while total aluminium sales increased by 2.82% compared to the previous year.
